Solution of the crisis?

The Washington meeting of the G7, finance ministers of the seven leading industrialized nations, resulted in a five-point action plan that is designed to solve the global financial crisis.

That plan’s objective is to protect financial institutions and major banks from bankruptcy and enable them to raise capital from public and private sources.

It also pledges to stabilize the flow of credit and reassure the savers, without however giving specific information about the ways to attain this.

All necessary steps to stimulate credit and money markets through solid and consistent programs are included in the five-point action plan, but time will tell if it gives the financial market the boost it urgently needs.

Excellent text, nicely coherent (although the white lines between sentences give the impression of four separate paragraphs)
Details:
HAS resulted
'without however...': should be developed into a full sentence, like 'The trouble is that the plan does not give ...'
